Perri has a meeting with his new lawyer Jade. He talks through the events that led to Carl’s death, but the facts aren’t looking good for him. Perri is told that his hearing will take place the following morning.

Rose accuses Tane of obstructing justice when Perri was hiding away. She informs Tane that he could be charged with being an accessory to murder in the worst case scenario.

Theo worries about the potential implications, especially when he learns that Tane could face up to 20 years in prison with his existing criminal history. Theo realises that it’s time to do the right thing, so he arrives at the police station and confesses that he was the one who hid Perri.

Meanwhile, Leah and Justin try to talk things through once again. Leah gives Justin a hard time for running off to a motel rather than facing up to their issues. Justin is equally displeased, feeling that Leah refuses to see his side of things. Can they work things out?
