Home and Away spoilers follow for UK viewers.
Home and Away‘s Tane Parata and Harper Matheson face an emotional decision on UK screens next week.
The Summer Bay couple don’t know which way to turn when they’re asked to consider a surgical procedure on their unborn baby.
Upcoming episodes see concerns raised when Harper attends a routine pregnancy scan at the hospital.
Levi Fowler later explains that their baby boy has a small cyst on his lung, which is putting pressure on his organs.

Tane and Harper are alarmed to hear that their baby could suffer foetal heart failure in the worst case scenario.
In-utero surgery could resolve the issue, but the procedure wouldn’t come without risks as it may cause premature labour.
Harper is adamant that she won’t let anyone operate on her baby, as she considers the risks to be too great.
She knows that Tane feels differently about the situation, even though he agrees to respect whatever decision she makes.

Later, Tane feels troubled over the way things are going, so he pays a secret visit to Levi at the farmhouse.
Tane asks Levi what decision he’d make if he were in the same position. Levi insists that he can’t answer, but when Tane pushes him to be honest, he admits that he’d opt for the surgery.
Harper’s sister Dana is also in favour of the operation, although she warns Tane not to put pressure on Harper to change her mind.
When Tane senses that Harper is coming round to the idea of her own accord, he suggests that they should invite Levi over to answer their questions.
