There are terrifying consequences for Harper as she goes into labour during the trip away from the Bay.
Harper begs Eliza to get her some help, but the unpredictable 14-year-old stands transfixed and looks set to do nothing.
When the baby’s dad, Tane Parata, calls and demands to know where they are, Eliza remains uncooperative and stays silent.
Will Eliza snap out of it and make sure Harper gets the help she needs? Or will she put the safety of Harper and the baby at risk?

In Thursday’s episode (April 10) on Australian screens, Tane tried to warn Harper that she was taking a major risk by spending time with Eliza, given her reputation for trouble.
Still stung after a messy split from Tane, a defiant Harper refused to listen to his advice. Marilyn Chambers also urged caution, revealing her own history of being threatened by Eliza, but she didn’t have much luck convincing Harper either.
Writing on Instagram, one fan posted: “Eliza is troubled and Harper is going to be sorry she didn’t listen to Tane.”

Another added: “Harper you should be aware that Eliza is a problem child – just take care like Marilyn has said.”
Striking a more optimistic tone, a third suggested: “Hopefully this is a wake up call for Eliza and she will help Harper.”
As Harper Matheson lies in agony, contractions intensifying by the minute, the tension with Eliza Sherwood reaches a terrifying peak. With no phone signal and no help in sight, Harper pleads once more, her voice cracking from pain and desperation. But Eliza stands frozen, her wide eyes locked on Harper, haunted by something deeper than just fear—it’s as if she’s reliving a trauma of her own.
Finally, Harper screams: “You don’t have to be scared. But I need you to help me. Please.”
The words seem to shake something loose in Eliza. Her breathing quickens, her gaze shifts, and in a sudden burst of movement, she grabs Harper’s phone and sprints to higher ground. The signal flickers to life. She manages a garbled call to emergency services, just as Tane, frantic and furious, tracks them using Harper’s last location.
Back at the Bay, Roo and Marilyn are beside themselves with worry after learning Harper has gone missing. Tane bursts into the Surf Club, phone in hand, and declares he’s heading out to find them. Marilyn tries to mask her fear but can’t help voicing her doubts about Eliza’s intentions. “If anything happens to that baby…” she trails off.
As night falls, Eliza returns to the car where Harper is shivering in pain. “They’re coming,” she says quietly. Her voice is shaky, but there’s a change in her demeanor—guilt, maybe even remorse. She crouches beside Harper, holding her hand as she whispers: “I didn’t know what to do. I’ve never seen anyone like this before.”
Harper, through gritted teeth, replies, “You did the right thing. You saved us.”
Moments later, sirens cut through the still night, and Tane arrives in a panic, followed closely by paramedics. As Harper is rushed away, Eliza lingers, uncertain of where she stands now.
The next morning, word spreads that Harper and the baby are stable—but questions swirl about what happened out there. Tane remains suspicious of Eliza’s motives, while Roo and Marilyn are unsure if she deserves a second chance.
For Eliza, the ordeal may mark a turning point—but whether it redeems her or further isolates her from the Bay’s tight-knit community remains to be seen.
One thing’s clear: Harper’s brush with danger has changed everything.
