Casualty confirms the identity of Stevie’s stalker in early iPlayer release

Casualty spoilers follow for Saturday’s episode (April 12), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV. This article contains storyline details that some viewers may prefer to avoid.

Casualty has confirmed who has been stalking Stevie Nash in the show’s latest episode – and it’s a familiar face.

There has been heartache for Stevie in the current box set ‘Internal Affairs’, as she found out she was pregnant but then discovered that it was actually a cyst on her ovary.

While she waits for the results of her tests, she has been faced with another ordeal. A mysterious stranger has been stalking her both at work and home and has even been inside her flat.

In this week’s episode, Stevie was woken up by the police raiding her property after receiving an allegation that she was been manufacturing illegal substances.

She was treated like a criminal, although the officers didn’t find any drugs, and Stevie realised that her stalker must have called the police on her. Stevie expressed her concerns to the Detective Inspector, and he suggested she report the harassment.

At work, Faith suggested that Stevie’s ex Marcus might be the stalker, but she confirmed that he now lives in New York, so it couldn’t be him.

Later in her shift, Stevie got a notification on her phone showing her that a man dressed in black had just entered her flat.

She went home to confront him, and after a violent tussle, it was confirmed that Siobhan’s son Ben is Stevie’s stalker. He explained that he wanted to make Stevie suffer, as she had an affair with his dad Rich just before his death.

Stevie was devastated and gave him the choice of telling the police or his mum, so the pair headed to the ED and told Siobhan the truth.

While Siobhan wasn’t happy, she pledged to deal with Ben herself. Stevie was furious that she wasn’t doing more, but Siobhan refused to show her any sympathy.

However, Siobhan then begged Stevie not to go to the police about Ben, and she assured her that she would be taking things no further.

As Stevie finally accepted help from her pal Faith, grieving Siobhan and Ben had an emotional chat, where he admitted that he found out about his dad’s affair the night before his death.

Will this situation bring Stevie and Siobhan together or push them even further apart?
