Bree’s recent behavior has been erratic, focusing obsessively on small tasks at work and home, something Dana has observed with concern. Cardiothoracic surgeon Levi is on hand and begins initial observations, while Dana reviews Alf’s medical history. Bree eventually arrives, annoyed by Levi’s involvement, and dismisses him, saying she’ll call if needed once she has made her own diagnosis.

Bree tries to place a blood pressure cuff on Alf’s arm but repeatedly adjusts it to make sure it’s perfectly aligned. However, Marilyn suddenly notices Alf’s nose is bleeding. Bree appears uneasy and examines his chart as Alf clutches his chest again and the alarms sound.

Nurse Teresa readies a syringe and insists they need to act, but Bree hesitates, refusing Teresa’s help. In an unsettling turn, Bree calmly walks out, saying she needs to check Alf’s blood results, leaving everyone horrified.
