The meeting is complicated by George’s recent revelations about his father Henry’s death and his own lineage, adding layers of complexity to this familial encounter.

Dayo, who takes on the role of George’s younger autistic brother Kojo, is autistic in real life, bringing authentic representation to the screen. His past credits include roles in Strike, Casualty, and Doctors.
Jonathan Nyati will portray Kobina, complementing his previous work in Desperate Measures, Doctors, and Ted Lasso. The narrative unfolds as Kobina, overwhelmed by the situation, decides to head back to Ghana, whilst Kojo, under George’s offer of care, chooses to remain in Walford, reports Wales Online.
Reflecting on these significant additions to the cast, EastEnders Executive Producer Chris Clenshaw expressed his enthusiasm: “We’re delighted to welcome Dayo and Jonathan to EastEnders to play Kojo and Kobina as we continue to explore George’s story.”

“These are three brothers who were torn apart by tragedy and have a lot of complex emotions to come to terms with. When Kobina decides to leave, Kojo chooses to stay, which gives George the chance to be a big brother and also take on caring responsibilities.”
