Felicity begs Rory for answers, so he tells her a half-truth and confirms that he helped Dingo get rid of the body. As his mate is now in trouble, he needs to go and make things right.

Rory shows up at the police station and tells Cash that he’s there to make a statement. Cash taunts him, but Rory explains that Dingo didn’t kill Officer McGrath – he did.

In the confession room, Rory explains everything: McGrath had been snooping around the River Boys’ operation for months, and the surveillance day and night drove Dingo to desperate measures. Rory wasn’t there when things started to go south, but by the time he arrived, McGrath was already unconscious.

McGrath would have identified Dingo, so there was no way Rory could let him leave alive. With that, Cash places Rory under arrest for the murder.

Despite Eden’s protests, Felicity follows Rory to Mangrove River police station, with her heart still full of hope. She demands to see him, insisting that he hasn’t done anything wrong. Right on cue, Rory steps out of the room in handcuffs, expressionless. Felicity follows him, begging him to fight it, but he walks past her like a ghost.

Still in denial, Felicity waits for Cash to arrive home later that night and pleads for him to stop this, but Cash tells her the truth. It was Rory whose fingerprints were on the murder weapon.

Meanwhile, Harper is still reckoning with the decision of whether or not to keep the baby. Bringing a whole new life into the world is a lot of pressure, especially with the failure of her own parents heavy in the back of her mind. She also wonders how Tane is going to react.

Dana reassures her that she’ll be there for her no matter what and they would face it together like they always do. With that, Harper announces that she’s going to keep the baby.

Unfortunately, the sisters are too wrapped up in their conversation to realise that Xander is standing right behind them. With all the talk about babies and Dana taking vitamins to be healthy, he walks away wondering whether Dana might be pregnant.
