Kate Ritchie looked exhausted on Sunday as she stepped out in Sydney.
The former Home and Away star, 46, was seen arriving at her parent’s home carrying a roast chicken and a cup of coffee.
Ritchie looked tired and puffy-eyed as she parked her car at the front of property before walking towards the home.
She was dressed casually in a brown jumper, blue jeans and brown boots for the visit.
The actress was seen having an intense conversation with her parents at the front after getting out of the car.
The sighting comes less than two months after Ritchie looked noticeably worse for when she was spotted making her way to an event in Sydney.
The actress was seen stumbling as she tried to get out of her chauffeur-driven car in Camperdown, located 4km from the CBD, in August.
The Nova radio presenter appeared to lose her footing as she exited the vehicle, slipping back and landing on the ground.

Ritchie’s driver was quick to assist her getting out of the car, holding her clutch and fetching her dropped keys from the ground, before he helped her back into the vehicle.
The radio star appeared to see the funny side of it all as she laughed with her driver while clinging to her phone.
Ritchie is currently dating ‘high-flying’ financial advisor Will Skelton after meeting at Nova FM’s Singles Ball at Taronga Zoo in May.
The actress and her new man Will, 30, looked absolutely smitten in July as they enjoyed an oceanfront picnic at Clovelly in Sydney.
Will is a very successful financial adviser for Canaccord Genuity, a financial services firm based in Sydney.
‘They have spent pretty much every night together lately,’ a source told Daily Mail Australia last month.
‘He has told many of his colleagues about it. He just turned 30 in the last week.’

The couple could not keep their hands off each other during their beachside date, kissing and cuddling as they sat on a picnic blanket.
The actress looked absolutely delighted to be in Will’s company, laughing heartily as the pair chatted and shared jokes.
Ritchie’s budding romance comes after she called time on her relationship with boyfriend Chevy Black just months after they went Instagram official in May, 2023.
The pair, who would often put on on public displays of affection while out and about in Coogee, are said to have split around November.

Ritchie has been trying to get her life back on track after her shock drink driving charge in August 2022.
Last year, she revealed her decision to get professional help after she blew over the limit when she was stopped by police for a random breath test.
The ex-soap star said that after struggling with several personal challenges in 2022 she decided it was time to seek help.
‘It was a long time coming. I sought professional help, the help that I needed. Sometimes enough is enough,’ she said at the time.
‘Life has thrown me its challenges over the last few years, but I am not alone in that. I was fortunate to be able to take time.’

Ritchie returned a reading of 0.06 – just over the legal limit – when she was stopped by police for a random breath test in her station wagon at Pagewood at 2.45pm on 22 August 2022.
She was fined $600, suspended from driving for three months, and apologised on Instagram.
‘Recently I undertook a random breath test,’ she wrote. ‘Although it was low level, the test came back positive.
‘I made a poor decision and there is no doubt I understand the seriousness of my actions. I am truly sorry.’

In October 2022, Ritchie announced she was stepping away from her radio show, before it was revealed she was seeking treatment at an exclusive rehab clinic in Sydney.
In December that year, Daily Mail Australia broke the news Ritchie had entered an exclusive private mental health facility in Sydney to help treat her alcohol dependency.
She said in a statement at the time that the last year had been challenging and stressful which led to an ‘unhealthy reliance on alcohol’.
