SEAL Team David Boreanaz reacts to the shocking season finale

An emotional twist has fans thinking about who lives, who dies, and who might not be on the team if the show is renewed for Season 6.

David Boreanaz, who plays Jason on the CBS-turned-Paramount+ drama, opened up about the team’s future in an interview with TV Insider.

“I don’t know. I wish I could give you full answers to a lot of those questions,” the actor told the outlet.

“Look, it was war and everyone, including me, was willing to accept an X on their back and the job they were doing could get them killed or injured, so it opened [the door] door] who might survive, who might not survive, who would get hurt,” he continued.

“Is that injury of significant value? Will it last for a significant period of time? How does it affect the team? What effect does it have on Bravo? There are a lot of questions that will come up on the night finals this season.”
Unfortunately, David can’t get too deep into what will happen in the series because at this stage, we don’t even know if the show will continue or not.

If you watch SEAL Team online, you know SEAL Team Season 5 Episode 14 wrapped up many long-running storylines, suggesting that the show is going to change things up significantly.

Paramount+ revealed in December that SEAL Team was their best-performing drama series, so it’s not hard to believe that the show will be renewed.
Contract negotiations may be underway with the cast to keep the show alive, but we should expect a clearer answer sooner rather than later.
