“Spiderhead,” directed by Joseph Kosinski, is a psychological thriller set in a near-future dystopia. The film stars Chris Hemsworth as Steve Abnesti, the head of a state-of-the-art penitentiary where inmates can reduce their sentences by volunteering for experimental drug trials.
